The Burdock is also a nutritious vegetable and detoxifying medicinal herb used in a broad application of remedies for afflictions like measles, arthritis, tonsillitis and is used to treat viruses like colds and sore throats. 

Grows to be 60". Biennial.

Instructions: Directly seed outdoors as soon in the spring as soil can be prepared. Sow at maximum temperature of 41°F. Seeds require chilling time.
